This matter came on regularly for k~earing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o£ California,
on January 13 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board Chat a Notice of Time and Place af Hearing of said '
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentaxy, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds Ck~at the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement i.s unnecessary for
present or prospective pvblic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereina£ter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utiliCy easement
so abandoned is situated in the Coun~y of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as fol~.ows:
A11 those certain publi.c utility easements in
Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M and being located
within Lot 2 as shown on the Map of "Paradise
Pines Unit No. 8" recozded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Page 04, County of Sutte, State of
CaLifornia. More particuJ.arly described as
follows:
l. Being a 1.2-foot publi~ utility ease-
ment lying adjacent to, easrerly of,
and para11e1 with the following-
described line: Beginni.ng at the most
westerly coiner of said Lot 2; thence
N 20°33'15", a distance of 120 feet to
the End of said line.
2. Being a 10-foot public uCility ease- ~,
ment lying adjacent to, northerly of o

3. That the Clerk of tihis Board sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o~ the County of But~e, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California.
