Home My WebLink About81-015WIiEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Resolution No. 75-82, established a County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund; and W~IEREAS, Government Code §25210.9c provides that a County may appropriate any of its available monies to such fund in an amount not to ex~eed $500,OQ0.00; and WHEREAS, said §25210,9c further provides that said revolving fund shall. be reimbursed from monies made available from a bene~iting service area and that no sums sha11 be disbursed frozn the revolv~ng fund un~a~l the Board of Supervisors has, by resolution, estab~.ished a methad by and term (not exceeding five years) within which the County Serv'ice Area is to reimburse the revolving fund, and specified tihati the Service Area shall also reimburse the funds ~or in~erest at Ck~.e current rate per annum received on similar types of investments, as determined by the County Treasurer; and WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors had deter- tuined that there is a need to provide ~nonies for County Service Area No. 34 to repair a circulating pump motor at the Gridley Swimming Pool. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board o~ Supervisors that: 1. There is hereby appropriated, from the County General Fund ~appropriation for Contingencies to t~.e Coun~y Service Area Revolving Fund, t1~.e sum of $740.00. 2. TLze sum of $740.00 is to be disbursed from the Revolving Fund to County Service Area No. 34 for the express purpose of repair of the circulating pump motor at the Gridley Swimming Poo1. 3. The sum disbursed to County Service Area No. 34 shall be reimbursed by County Service Area No. 34 to the Revolving Fund in one l.ump payment no later,than June 3Q, 1982. RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA LOAN FUND FOR COUNTY SERVI"CE AREA N0. 34 4. County Service Area No. 34 sha1Z also reimburse the Revolving Fund for interest at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County on similar types of investments, as determined by the County Treasurer. 5. As the money is reimbursed to the RevoZving Fund by \ County Service Area No. 34, the County Auditor is directed to transfer such money from the Revolving Fund to the County General Fund.
