This matter came on regularly for heaing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Bu~te, State of California,
on Jan.uar~ 20 , I98~, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice ot Time and P1.ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as requireci by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oLal and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the pub].ic utility easement and recreational ease~- -
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of Californa.a, as taexein-
after more particularl.y described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and rereational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
A11 that certain 10-foot public uti7.ity ease-
ment and recEeational easement lying northerly
of and para].~.el to the southerly lot Iine of
Lot 38 as shown on that certain map known as
Paradise Pines Unit 5, recorded in Book 35 Maps
af Record at Pages 88 and 91, County of Butte,
State of California.
Excepting the most westerly 20 feet lyi.ng within
the 20-foot setback line.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certif9.ed
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors o;
