This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Januar,y 20 , 1983, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and i~ appearing to
said Board that a Notice of T'ime and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by lara, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documeneary, teaving been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public t7tili~y Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, Z'HEREFORE, IT IS HEI2EBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreationa2 ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particular~.y described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descrigtion of said public utility easement
and recreationai easement so abandoned is situated in the County ot
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M.
All those pu3~lic utility and recreational. ease-
ments located and shown within Lot 42 of that
certain map en~itled "Paradise Pines Coun~ry
Club Estates Unit No. 2," recorded in Book 38,
Maps of Record at Pages 61 and 63, more particularly
described as ~ollows:
(1) Being the northerly one foot of a 10-foot-wide
public utility easement and recreational easeme~t
lying northeasterly of, paral.l.el with. and adjacent
to the following described line: Beginnzn.g at the
most sout~h.erly corner of saa.d Lat 42; thence N 60°
48'43" W, a distance of 178.30 feet. ~

(2) Being a five-foot-wide public utility easement ~

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASENIENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
3. That the Clerk of tihis Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resalution, with the seal of the Soard of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, Stiatie of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.

this 20th day of JanuarY , 1981, by the following vote:
