Hoffman and others requesCing the abandonment of a public utflity
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§504~0, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gzves notice that at its
regular meeting on March 3 , 1981 at 10:00 a•~•, in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Suilding, Oroville,
Caiifornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:

l. Being a 10-£oot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying northwesterly
of and parallel with the following-described
line; beginning at the most southerly corner
of said Lot 93; thence N 33°55'21" E, 124.21
feet.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly
20 feet lying wit~in the 20-foot setback line.
2. Being a 10-foot public utflity easement
and recreational easement lying southwesterly
of and para11e1 with the following-described
line; beginning at the most easterly corner
of said Lot 93; thence N 52°50'16" W, 88.00
feet.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the pzovzsions of Government Code §§50440 and 5fl441.
