LeValley and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Gvvernment Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on
March 3
, 198I at 10:00 a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Admi.ni.stration Building, Oroville,
Calzfornia, a hearing shall be k~e~.d on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A7.1 that certain 10-foot public utiLity ease-
ment and recreational easement being a portion
of Section 36, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, as shown within
Lot 24 on the Map of Paradise Pines Country C1ub
Estates Unit No. 2, recprded in Book 38, Maps of
Record at Pages bl and 63, County~of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 24
and lying southwesterly of and parallel with the
following-described line; thence S 58°13'19" E,
80.69 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 20 feet
lying within the 2Q-foot setback 1ine.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
