Works, Divisian of Highways, on October 2b, ~.971., relating ~o that certain
por~ion o~' Sta~e Highraap Rae~te 99 in Bu~te County be~.ween 0.~ mile sou~h ofi
th~ Eas~ Fork of Robex'tis Creek an.d the Ghzco Ci~y Lxrnx~s near Morrowr Lane; and
WHIItEAS, said Sugersed~.ng Freeway Agreemen~ provxded ~ox Temporary Raad
Connection 7.aft of Engi.neer's Sta~ion 395+ (westerlq side of Fxeeway) as
access to a large industria].-commexcial park; and
WHEREAS, another zrtdus~rial-commercial park is now b2i~g deve].op~d on
~he eas~erl,y side af the freeway xn the vici.nity o~ Engineer's S~a~ion 395+;
and
W~IEREAS, the develqpment o£ this indus~rial-commerci,al park is advan~
tageous to ~he welfare and ecanomy of ~utte County; and
