Boman and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seq.,
this Board sha11 seC a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on
March 24
, 1981, at 10:00 a•~•~ in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildng, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the ahandonment of the
following described easement:
Being that certain public utility easement and
recreational easement lying within a portion of
Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also lying within
Lot 91 as shown on that map of Paradise Pines Unit
5 recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Pages 88
and 91, County of Butte, State of California, more
particuiarly described as follows:
Being that certain i0-foot publ.ic utility easement
and recreational easement lying westerly of and
para11e1 with the most easterly line of said Lot
91, being more particularly described as follows:
Being at the southeasterLy corner of said Lot 41;
then~e N 31°15'23" E, 119.62 feet.
Excep~ing tE~erefrom the most southeriy 20 feet
~.yiqg within the 20-foot setbac[c line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the pxovisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
