RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 80 LINDO WEST
SUBDIVISION STORM DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND COUNTX S~RVICE
AREA N0. 81 OAK WAY ESTATES STREETLIGHTING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 93th day of January, ~g8~, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted an3 passed
a resolution of notice of intention to establish county service areas to be
entitled County Service Area No. 80 Lindo West Subdivision Storm Drainage Maintenance
District and County Service Arsa No. 8'I Oak Way Estates Streetlighting District; and
WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the 17th day of February, ~98~, at
10:00 a.m. of said day in the Board of Supervisors' Room of the County Administration
Center in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place for
the public hearing on the establishment of said area and the assessment of a
per parcel service charge; and
WHEREAS, said Board at said time and place proceeded to hear arguments
both for and against the establishment of said area and the assessment of a
service charge; and
WHEREAS, no written protests against the establishment thereof were
filed in accordance with Sec~ion 25210.17 0£ th~ Government Code.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Bu~te, Stata of California, as fo7.l.ows:
1. That said Board hereby finds and determines that praceedings herein
were conduc~ed pursuant to Section 252~a.1 et seq. of the Governmen~ Code and
that publication and notices were given pursuan~ ~hereto and ~hat said Board
finds and. determines that the extent to which the services described in the
resolution of intention are extended county services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to estab7.ish.said county servi.ce
areas.
3. That the boundaries of s<ia.d service areas are hereby finally
determined and established to be the sar~e as are shown on Exhibits "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference and made a part of by this resolution.
y. That the name of said service areas so established is County Service
Area No. 80 Lindo West Subdivision Storm Drainage Maintenance District and Coun~y
Service Area No. 81 Oak Way Estates Streetlighting District.
5. That the type of extended coun~y service to be provided within
sazd areas is storm water drainage and streetlighting.
6. That said county service areas are established for all purposes
snbject only to compliance with the requirements o~ Chapter 8, Part I, Division ZZ,
Title V of the Government Code and subject to t he provisions of Article 2.5,
Chapter 2.2, Part I, Division II, Title ITT of the Government Code of the State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California on this the 17th day of February, 1g81, by the following vote:
