Board of Supervisors of the Councy of Butte, State of California,
on Feb~v.ar,y ~~ , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and reg~larly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A~l ~hose public utility easements in Section
26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M and lying within Lot 169
as shown on the map known as "Paradise Pines
Unit No. 4" recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record
at Page 100, County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:

lying northerly of and parallel to the following- ~
described line: Beginning at the most westerly ~
corner of said Lot 169; thence S 69°26'45" E, a ~
distance ot 158.96 feet. ,~

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of Che Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the Counry of Butte, State of California.
