This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on February 17, 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Admin~stration Buzlding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P~ace o~ Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly g~ven as requ~red by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hea~ing, from which said Board now ~inds tha~ ~he
hereinafter described Public Utili~y Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THE~EFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as fnllows:
l. That ~he public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. ~hat the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned ~s situated in the Coun~y of Butite, State of California,
and more pa~ticularly described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lo~ 88 of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 4 recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record
at Pages 69 and 73, Coun~y of Butte, State of California ,
more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain five-foot pub~ic utility easement
~ying south of and paral~el with the following-described
line: Commencing at th~ northw~s~er~y corner of said
Lot $8; thence N$go 49' 00" E, 180.00 feet ta the
northeasterly corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the westerly 12 feet lying w3thin
the 12-foot public utility easement and recrea~ional
easement; also excepting tfierefrom ~he most easterly
20 feet lying within the 20~foot setback 13ne.

copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board oP Supervisors
of the County of BUtCe, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the CounCy of Butte, State of California.
