Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Stafie of California,
on Feb~uary ,~981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Bui~dzng, ~roville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evxdence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective publi~ use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utzlity easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is siCuaCed in the County of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lots 44, 45 and 46, Paradise Pines
Unit 15, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages
42 and 4~, County of Butte, State of California, more
parCic~laxly described as follows:
1. All that certain i2-foot public utility easement
located on said Lots 44, 45 and 46 lying north of and
parallel with the south line of said lofis. Excepting
tfierefrom the most westerly 2~ feet lying within the
20-foot setback line.
2. A1Z that certain 10-foot public utility easement
lying 5 feet on each side of the 1ot Iine common to
Lots 45 and 46, commencing a t rhe southeast corner of
said Lot ~b; thence N 00°15' 14" W, 113.72 feet.

3. That the CLerk of this Board shall cause a certified

oftice o~ the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia.
