The Board of S~perv~sors of the County o~ But~e resalves:
The Coun~y ~reasurer has fi~ed a list o~ ail payznen~s
~eceived on account o~ assessments l~vied in South Orovill~ Assess-
ment District, County of Butt~, State of Ca~ifornia, and a list of all
assessments or portions of assessments unpaid after thirty (30? days
following the zecorda~ion of the assessmen~s.
A copy of the Paid and Unpaid Lis~ is attach~d to this
resolu~ion as Exhib~~ A and included in ~~. The Board of Super~
visors sha~l issue imp~ovement bonds under the pro~zs~ons of the
~mprovement Bond Act of 19~5 0~ the State of California upon the
secur~ty o~ ~he assessments shown as unpaid on ~he attached I~st.
