HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-047~- PU9L1C V+/ORKS Thi.s matter came on regularly for heaing before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on February 24 , 1981, in the Board Chambexs, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to sazd Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evzdence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease- ment is unnecessarq for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEI2.EBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the public uti~ity easement and re~reational ease- menr situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein- after mare particularly described is hereby abandoned. 2. That the description of said public utility easement and rereational easement so abandoned is situaCed in the County of Butte, State of California, and more parti~ularly described as follows: A11 those public utility easements and recrea- tional easements located in a portion af Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, lying within the boundaries of Lot 287 as shown on that map of Paradise Pines Country Club Estates Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Recotd at Pages 69 and 73, more particularly described as follows: 1. Being a 10-foot public utility easement and recreationa3. easement lying souC.h of and parallel with the following-described line, beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 287; thence N 89°47'28" ~, 90.00 feet. Excepting therefrom the most easterly 20 feet lying within the 20-foot setback line. 2. Being a 10-foot public utility easement and recreational easementy lying north of and parallei with the following-described line, beginning at the souChwesterly corner of Lot 287; thence N 89°47'28" E, 168.00 feet. ~ 0 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Excepting therefrom the most easterly 20 feet lying within the 20-foot setback line. RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT 3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certi~ied copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of the County ot Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the ottice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
