This matter came on regularly for heaing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of BuCte, State of California,
on Februarv 24 _~ ~g81, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and i.t appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and doCUmentary, having been
produced at said hearing, ~rom which said Board.now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and RecreaCional Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective pttblic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE~X ORDERED as follows:
I. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particul.arly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of saa.d public utility easement
and rereational easement so abandoned is situated in the Gounty of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being a portion of Sectfon 26, T23N, R3E, MDM, a
10-foot public utility easement and recreational
easement lying along the southerly 7.ot lines of
Lots 58 and 59. A~.so being a 20-foot public
utility easement and recreational easement lying
10 feet on each si.de of the common lot line lying
between Lots 58 and 59 as shown on that certain
map known as Paradise Pines Unit 15, recorded in
Book 38, Maps of Record at Pages 42 and 44, County
of Butt~, State of California, being more
particularly described as follows:
1. A 10-foot public utiLity easement and
recreational easement lying northerly of Q
and parallel with the following-descri.bed °
line. Beginning at the southwesterly corner ~
of said Lot 59; thence N 89°44'46" E, 90.00 ~
feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot ~
59; thence continuing along that line 85.00 y
£eet to the southeasterly corner of said ,~

copy of this Resolution, with the sea~ o~ the Board of Supervisors

office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
