RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY BASEM~NT
This matter came on reguZaLly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisor.s of the County of Sutte, State of California,
on Maxch 3, , 1981, in the Boatd Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Ca~ifornia, and it appearing to
sai.d Boarci that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particu~.arly
descri.bed is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descripti.on of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte,.State of Cala.forni.a,
and more particularly described as follows:
A11 those public utility easements and recrea-

R3E, MDB&M, also bei.ng a portion o~ Lot 93 as
shown on the Map of Parad ise Pines Unit 15,
