RESdLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY BASEME~NT
T~is maCter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Butte, State of California,
on March 3 , 1981, in the Baard Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, OrovilLe, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and reg~larly given as required by law, and
tesCimonq and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospecrive publzc use.
NOW, THER~~'OR~, ~T IS H~R~B'Y O1tDERED as ~ollows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the Co~tnty of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain 10-foot public utility ease-
ment and recreational easement being a portion
of Section 36, T23N, R3E, MDS&M, as shown within
Lot 24 on the Map of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 2, recorded in Book 38, Maps of
Record at Pages 61 and 63, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning a~ the most northerly corner of Lot 24
and lying southwesterly of and para11e1 with the
following-described line; thence S 58°13'19" E,
80.69 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 20 feet
lying within the 20-foot setback line.
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified
capy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisor.s
