Williams and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~ec.,
this Soard shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NdW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on April 7, , 1981 at 10:00 a,~,~ in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Suilding, droville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Ail those public u~ility easements located in
a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M,
lying w~thin the bo~ndaries of Lot 43 as shown
on the map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 15,
recorded in Book 38, Maps of Record at Pages 42
and 44, more particularly described as follows:
1. Being a five-foot public utility
easement lying east;of and parallel with
the following-desEr'ibed line, beginning at
the southwesterly corner of said Lot 43;
thence N 00°15'14" W, 124.62 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most norther~y 20
feet Iying within the 20-foot setback
line.
2. Being a five-toot public utility
easement lying west of and para11e1 with
the following-described line, beginning at
the southeasterly corner of said Lot 43;
thence N 00°~5'14" W, 125.00 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 20
feet lying within the 20-foot setback
line.
3. Being a 12-foot public uti~ity easement
lying north of and para11e1 with the
following-described line, beginning at rhe
southeaterly corner of said ~ot 43; thence
S 89°44'46" W, 85.00 feet to rhe southwesterly
corner of said lot.
RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION
TO ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.

this 3rd day of March , 1981, by the following vote:
