Cot~on, Robert L. Sherman and others requesting the abandonment of a
public utility easement and recreational easement as described below;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§504~0, et seq.,
' this Board shall set a dare for a hearing on the petition ~or
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
~. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regul.ar meeting on April 7 , 1981, at 10:00 a.m. , in the
~3oard Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildng, Oroville,
Cali~ornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a11 those public utility easements and
recreational easements lying in Section 25,
T23N, R3E, MDB&M, a].so being a portion o~ Lots
47 and 71 as shown on the map of Paradise Pines
Unit 15, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at
Page 44, County oE Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
1. Being a five-foot public utiliCy
easementy lying southweserly of and parallel
with the following-described line: beginning
at the most easterly corner of Lot 47;
thence N 68°22'16" W, 146.33 feeC. Excepting
therefrom the most easterly 20 feet lying
within the 20-foot setback line.
2. Being a 10--foot public utility easement
and recxeational easement lying easterly
of and parallel with the following-described
line: beginning at the southwesterly corner
of Lot 47; thence N 00°16'45" E, 50.00
feet; thence N 49°45'32" E, 6b.15 feet.
3. Being a five-foo~ public utility
easement lying southwesterly of and parallel
with the following-described line: beginning
at the most easterly corner of Lot 71;
thence N 40°14'28" W, 125.00 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most northwesterly

Lot 71; thence N 51°45'57" W, 100.09 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly 20
feet lying within the 20-foot setback
line.
5. Being a 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying northwesterly
of and parallel with the following-described
1ine: beginning at the most southerly
corner o~ Lot 71; thence N 49°45'32" E,
76.15 feet.
2. That this Resolution be posted and pliblished pursuant
to the provisions ot Government Code §50440 and ~50441.
