TayloL and others requesting Che abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreationai easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuanC to Government Code §~50440, et seq.,
this Soard sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That Chis Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on April 7 ,~y$1, at 10:00 a.m.~ zn the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of t~e
following described easement:
Being those certain public utility easements
and recreational easements lying within a
portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, said
easement being a part of Lot 71 as shown on the
Map of Paradise Pines Unit 10 recorded in Book
38 Maps of Record at Pages 11 and ~4, County of
Butte, State of Cali~oxnia, more paTticularly
described as follows:
1. Being that certain 12-foot pub~ic
utility easement lying northwesterly of and
parallel with the most easterly lot line of
said Lot 71, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the norrheastexly
corner of said Lot 71; thence S 20°33'15"
W, 140.00 feet.
Excepting therefrom the mosC northerly 20
feet lying wit~in the 20-feet setback line.
2. Being that certain ~0-foot public
utility easement and re~reational easement
lying northeasterly o~ and parailel with
the following-desribed line: beginning at
the most southerly corner of said Lot 71;
thence N 69°26'45" W, 81.96 feet to the end
of the described line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §~50440 and 50441.
