NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board pf Supervisors: i. That this Board hereby gzves notice that at its regular meeting on Apri1 21 , 1981, at l0:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildzng, Oroville, California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the following described easement: All.those certain public utility easements and recreationa~ easements Iying in Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also as shown within Lot 120 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 5, recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Page 90, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: l. Being a 10-foot public utility easement and recreational easement, lying northeasterly of and parallel with the following-described line: beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 120; thence N 60°53'45" W, 51.00 feet. 2. Being a 10-foot public utility easement lying easterly of and paraLlel with the following-described line, beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 120; thence N 06°OI'23" W, 129.68 feet. Hxcepting therefrom the most northerly 25 feet lying within the 25-€oot setback line. 2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions ot Government Code §50~40 and §50441.
