CAZIFORNIA, AND AWARDTNG SALE OF SAID BONDS TO
FARMERS HOME ADMIN~STRATXON

tion adopted by this Board of 5upervisors on March 3, 198~, inviting
bids for the p~rchase o~ imp~ovEment bonds issued under ~the prov~-
sions af the ImproveFner~t Bond Act of 19~.5 far South Orovil~e
A~sessment Distric~, County of Butte, State of Cali~orn.ia,
this County has solica.ted such bids; and
WHEREAS, at 1~.:00 A.P4. on March 17. ~.98]., at ~he of~ice
of the County Clerk af the Caun~y o~ Butte, the Clerk opened and
declared the bids received at that ~ime and p~.ace, which was the
time and place specified in the notice inva.ting sa.id bids; and
WHEREAS, the ~n1y bid receivecl ~ar the purchase of said
bonds was the off~r of Farmers Ho~ne Administration as se~ ~orth
in their affer ~o purchase said bonds, toge~ther with exhibi~s _.
attached thereto; and
WHEREAS, this ~aard o~ Supervisors wishes to accept -~he
o~~er of Farmers Home Adzninistratior~ to purchase said improvem~n~
bonds af th~ County, designated 5eries 1981-1, in acco~dance with
the ~erms and condityons of said offer and, therefore, in-~ends ~o
awa~d sal.e of said bon.ds to Farm~rs Home Administration,
NOW, THERE~'ORE, ~he Board o~ Supervisors of the Coun-~y of
Bu~-~e, S~ate of California, HEREBY FZNDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND
ORDERS as follows:

hereby accepted, and this Board of Supervisors he~eby awards the
sa~e o~ said bonds ~o Farmers Home Administrati~n.

dir~cted to cause the preparation o~ a singl~, ful~y-registered
impravemen~ bond of th~~ County in a manne~ tim~~y ~or delivery ~o
Faxmers Home Administration at the loan closing presently schedu~ed
