Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on March 2~ , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cal~fornia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, bot~ oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utilfty Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessazq ~or present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. ThaC the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more partzcularly described is hereby abandoned.
2, That the description of said public utility easement
and rereatzonal easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being that certain public utility easement and
recreational easement lying within a portion of
Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also iy~~g wit~in
Lot 91 as shown on that map of Parad-ise Pines Unit
5 recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Pages 88
and 91, County of Butte, State of California, more ~
partxcularly described,as follows: ~
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement p
and recreational easement lying westerly of and 00
parallel with the most easterly line o£ said Lot ~
9~, being more particulaxly described as follows: ~
Being at the so~theasterly corner of said Lot 91; ~
thence N 31°15'23" E, 119.b2 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 20 feet
lying within the 20-foot setback line.

RESOLUTXON ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECR~ATIONAL EASEMENT
3. That the Clerk o~ this Boatd shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors:
