Realry and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Baard shall set a date for a hearzng on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on April 21 , 1981 at 10:00 a.m., in
~he Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
foilowing described easement:
Al1 that certai^ ~0-foot public utility
easementy lying in Se~tion 25, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M and being within Lot 254 as shown on
the Map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 8,
recorded in Book 3$ Maps of Record at Page 02
in the County of Butte, State of California
being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 10-foot public utility easement lying
northerly of, adjacent to and para11e1 with
the following-described line.
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot
254; thence N 53°19'48" E, 82.70 feet.
Excepting Chat portion lying within the
20-foot setback line adjacent to Andover
Drive.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions o~ Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
