This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
o~ April 7 , 1981, in the Board Ghambers, Butte County
AdminisCration Building, Oroville, CalifoLnia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
herei.na~ter described Public Utility Easement is ~nnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NO~, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ~RDERED as fo7.lows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of S~tte, State o~ California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hexeby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned i.s situated in the County of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A11 those public utility easements located in
a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M,
lying w9thin the boundaries of Lot 43 as shown
on Ckae map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 15,
recorded in Book 38, Maps of Record at Pages 42
and 44, more particularly described as follows: -

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUSLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
3. Being a I2-foot public ~tility easement
lying north of and paralZel with the
following-described line, beginning at the
southeaterly corner o€ said Lot 43; thence
S 89°44'46" W, 85.00 feet to the southwesterly
corner of said lot.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
