This matter came on regularly ~or heaing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on April 7 , 1981, in the Board Ghambers, Butte County
Administrarion Building, Orovi7.Le, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now £inds that the
hexeinafrer described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is vnnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utila.ty easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more par~icuLarly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descripti.on of said public utility easement
and rereational easement so abandoned is situated in the County o~
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being al.l those public ueility easements and
recreational easements lying in Section 26,
T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a portion of Lots
47 and 71 as shown on the map of Paradise Pines
Unit 15, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at
Page 44, County of Butte, Srate of California,
more particularly described as follows:
