This mattex came on regularly for heaing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on April 7 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Ladministration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Noti.ce of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testi.mony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter descri.bed Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessazy for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utilitq easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herei.z~-
after more parti.cularly ciescribed is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descripeion of said public utility easement

and reTeational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State o~ California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being those certain public utility easements
and recreational easements lying within a
portzon of Section 26, T23N, R3E, M-B&M, said
easeuient being a part ot Lot 71 as shown on the
Map of Paradise Pines Unit 10 recorded in Book
38 Maps of Record at Pages 11 and 14, County of
Butte, State of California, more particulaxly
descxibed as fallows:
1. Being that certain 12-foot public
uti.lity easement lying northwesterly of and
parallel with the most easterly lot line of
said Lot 71, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the northeasCerLy

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the Countq of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
