RESOLUT~ON RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-I58
EAST RIDGF ASSESSMENT DISTRTCT
The Board of 5upervisors of the Cou~ty o~ Butte resolves:
~. The owner ot land within the proposed East Ridge
Assessment District,_ County of Bu~t~, State of California, has here-
tofore requested that this Board take special assessment proceed~ngs
to acqui~e public improvemen~.s to be constructed by the owner, after
their completion. Th~s Baard agreed ~o tha~ request by Resolution
No. 80-158, adopted on ~uly 29, 1980~.
2. The awner of said land now requests that this Baard
take special. assessment proceedings under the Munzcipa.l Improvement
Act of 1913 to construct these improvements th~ough pub~.ic bidding
and contracting. Reso~ution Na. 80--158 is theretore zepealed hereby,
and this Board wi11 take appropriate special ass~ssment proceed~ngs
for the constxuc~ion af the improvements.
