RESOLUTIDN ACCEPTING REPORT
AND SETTTNG HEART~NG OF PROTESTS
EAST RIDGE ASSESSMENT D~STRICT
The Board of Supervi.soxs o~ the County' of Butte reso~ves:
~. At the direction of this Board, the Engineer of Work
far improvement praceedings in East Ridge Assessment District,
Caunty of Butte, State o£ Cali~arnia, has filed with the Caunty
C1erk the report described in Section 1020~4 of the Streets and High-
waXs Cade (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913). This Board accepts
the repo~t without modification, for ~.he purpose of conducting a
hearing•of pro~ests ta the improvements desc~ibed in the report.
2. This Board sets 11:15 A.M. on the 2nd day o~ June,
1981~ in the Chambe~s of the Baard of Supervisors at the County
Adrninistration Cen~er, 2S County Center Drive, Oravi~le, California,
as the time and place for hearing prntests to the proposed imprave-
ments,
3. The Co~.nty C1~rk 35 directed to publish, post and mail
the nota.ces of improvement r~quir.ed by the Municipal Tmprovement
Act of ~913, and to fil~~ an aff3davit of comp~.iance. The notice
shall be published in the OROV~LLE MERCURY REGISTER.
