This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte, State of California,
on April 21 , 1981, in the Board Chamliers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Soard that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as zequired by law, and
testimonq and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and 17ecreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, TH~REFORE, IT IS HEREBY OR-ERED as follows:
1. Thar the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and rereational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of Caiifornia, and more particulariy described as
follows:

of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the Covnty of Butte, State of Califarnia.
