Swendeman and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursvant to Government Code §§5Q440, et s~e .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEb by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice thae at its regular
meeting on June 2, 1981, 1981 at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement:
"Being that certain 20-€oor alleyway lying within
Section 4, T19N, R4E, MDB&M, also lying within
Block 20 as shown on the map of Western Pacific
Addition, recorded in Book 4 Maps of Record at
Page 16, County o~ Butte, Srate of California,
more particularly described as follows:
"Being a 20-foot alleyway lying within Block 20
of the WesCern Pacific Addition bounded on the
north by Lots 1 through 6 of said block and
bounded on the south by Lots 7 through 12 of sazd
block. Bounded on the east by the west right-of-
way line of Colina Way and bounded on the west by
~he east right-of-way line of Arrow Way."
2. That this Resolution b~ posted and publis~ed pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 28th day of April, 1981, by the following vote:
