RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
xhi.s matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisoxs of the County of Butte, State o~ California,
on ~~ril 28, , 198L, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administrati.on Building, Oroville, Calitornia, and it appearang to
said Baard that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentaty, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds thar the
hereinafCer described Public Util.ity Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT iS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement situated an the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of sazd public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte,.State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain 10-foot publ.ic utility
easementy lying in Section 25, T23N, R3E,
MUBS~1 and being within Lot 254 as shown on
the Map of Paradise Pines UniC No. 8,
recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Page 02
in the County of Butte, State of California
being more particular~y described as follows:
Being a 10-foot public utility easement lying
northerly of, adjacent to and parallel with
the following-described line.
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot
254; thence N 53°I9'48" E, 82.70 feet.
Excepting that portion lying within the
20-foot setback line adjacent to Andover
Drive. o
