MATTER OF SOUTHEAST CHZCO SEWER ASSESSMENT
DISTRTCT, C~TY 0~` CHICO, COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Board af Supervisaxs of the County of Butte ~esolves:
The City Council of thejCity o~ Chico, Butte County, Cali~orn,ia,
did on the 3rd day of February, 1981, adopt a Resolutian Requesting
Jurisdictiora o~ ~he Butte Coun~y Board a£ 5upervisors in cannection
with Southeast Chico Sewer Assessment District, City of Chico, Butte
County, California, which resolution p~aposed the construction af
certain improvements,.and the City Council d~d, by adoption o~ said
resolut~on, request the consent o~ the ~oard of Supervisors thereto.
The Board of Supervisors of Butte County adop~ed Reso~ution
Noo S1-40 grarating jurisdiction to said City Counca.l and found that
the pub?ic interest and conveni~nce require the making of the impx~ove-
men~ described in the above resoJ.utian, and a.n the manner therein set
~orth, and ~.hat all of the lands i.nc~uded within the ass~ssment district
described in the Resol.~tion of Inter~tian wil~ be~benefited by ~he
proposed improvement.
The City Counc3.1 has approved a map entitled "Amendecl Propnsed
Boundarie~ of Southeast Chico Sewer Assessment Distric~, City of Chico,
County o~ Butte, Stat~ of California" and has reques~ed jurisdiction
to assess additiona~. uninco~pora~ed a~ea as shown on said amended map.
This Baard of Supervisars gives consent ta the formation of
~his assessment district as described in ~.he Reso~ution of Intention,
to ~the making ofi the improvement therein described, and to the
assurnption af jurisdiction by ~.he Ci~y Caunci~ of the City of Chi.co,
