and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement as
described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §~50440, et s~e ., this
Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boaxd of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on June 9, 1981 at L0:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte
County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of Che following described easement:
"Being that certain 12-foot public utility easement
lying within T22N, R1B, MDB&M, also being a portion
of Lot 18 as shown on the Map of Floral Subdivision
Unit 3, recorded zn Book 23 Maps of Record at Pages
15 and 1b, County of Butte, State ot California,
more particularly described as foliows:
"Being that ce~tain 12-foot public utlity easement
lying north of and parallel with the following-
descrzbed line: Beginning at the southwest corner
of said 1ot 18; thence east 80.00 feet to the sou~h-
east corner o~ Lot 18; thence east 80.00 feet to the
southeast corner of Lot ~8 and the end of the desCribed
1ine."
2. That this Resolution be posted and published
pursuant to the provisions of Government Code ~§50440 and 50441.
