from the State of California for partici.pati.on in the Deferred Payment
Rehabilitation Loan Program ad.ministered by the State Depaztment o~ Housing
and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to recezve £unds under this
program to complesnent and expand housing rehabilitation activities i.n the
project area of its Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte recognizes the State De£er=ed
~tehabilitation Program as a source of funding that will enhance aztd expand
its present housing rehabilitation program i.n the E1 Medio neighboxhood.
NOW, TEIEREFORE, BE IT itESOLVED that;
Connez'l.y & Associates, Inc „ the county's housing and community
development consu7.tant, is authori.zed to submit an application to the State
Depaxtment of kIousi~ng and Community Development for the Deferred Payment
Rehabilitation Program.
