Craig and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Cpde §§50440, et seq.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on June i6 , 1981, at 10:0o a•~•, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearzng shall be held on the abandonment of the
following descrxbed easement:
Being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also being a
portion of Lot 72 0£ ~aradise Pines Unit 10, recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Pages 11 and 14, County of Butte, State of
California, more parti~u~arly described as follows:
1. All that certain 12-foo~ pubic utility easement
located within said Lot 72 and lying north-
westerly of paralle~ with the most easterly
lot Iine of said Lot 72. Commencing at the most
southerly Cornex o~ Lot 72; thence N 20°33'15"E,
140.00 feet to the end of Che described 1ine.
Excepting therefrom the most southexly 20 feet lying within the
20-foot setback 1ine.
2. A11 that certain 10-foot public u~ility easement
and recreational easement lying sou~hwesterly of
and parallel with the most noxtherly lot line of
said Lot 72, commencing at Che most easterly corner
of Lot 72; thence N 69°26'45"W, 81.96 feet to the
end of the described line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
