RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF H~ARING ON PETZTIQN

WHEREAS, this Board has r~ceived a petition from Donald H.
Ford and others requesti.ng the abandonment of a public utili~y ease-
ment as described below; and
WHER~AS, pursuant to Go~vern~nent Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a heari.ng on the peCition ~or
abandonmen~.
NOW, THER~FORE, ~E IT RESOLVED by the Boarc~ of Supervisors:
1. Tha~. ~his Board hereby gives notice that at i~s regular

Being ~hose certain public u~a.lity easements lying within
a portion of Sec~ion 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. A~so being a
portion of Lo~ b5 as shown on the Map o~ Parac~ise ~'ines
Unit 4 recorded in Book 35 Maps of Recoxd at Pages 97 and
101, County of Bu~te, State of California, znore particularly
described as follows:
1. Bea.ng that ~0-foot public utility easement lying
southwesterly af and parallel with the following-
described 1ine: I3eginni.ng at the most easterly
corner of said La~ 65; thence N 34°12'S9"W, 72.54'.
2. Being a two-~oot public utlity easem,ent lying narth-
westerly af and pa~allel wi~h the southeasterly lot
line ot said Lot 65; thence N 59°46'57"E 35 feet.
