Johnson and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seq.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeCing on June 16 , 1981, at ~~ ~.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being those certain 10-~oot public utility and recreational
easements lying within a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M, also lying within Lot 87 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit 11 as recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 17
Co 19, Coun~y of Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
l. Being that certain 10-foot public utility and
re~reational easement lying southwesterly of
and parallel with the northeasterly lot line
of said Lot $7, beginning at the most easterly
lo~ corner of Lot 87; thence N 43°40'43"W, 95.00
feet to the end of the described line.
2. Being that certain 10-foot pub~ic utilitty and
recreaCional easement lying northwesterly of
and parallel with the southeasterly lot line
of said Lot 87, beginning at the most southerly
corner of Lot 87; thence N 51°25'45"E, 142.22
feet to the end of the described line.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly 25 feet lying within the
25-foot building setback.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
