for inclusion of his parcel within the Oak Ridge Sewer Distric~; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation CommiSSion has
approved this annexation and designated it: 81-7 CSA #21 {Oakridge Sewer) Annexation -
Gene Henning, the exterior boundaries of which are described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this referznce; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has
duly approved and authorized the Board of Supervisors to annex such territory
without notice and hearing by the Board and without an election; and
WHEREAS, the territory is uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, the reason for this annexation petition is to provide sanitary
sewer service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1~SOLVED that the territory described in Exhibit
~'A" designated as 8~-7 CSA #29 (Oakridge Sewer) Annexation - Gene Henning is
hereby annexed to and included within the bounadries of County Service Area No. 21
(Oakridge Sewer).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
19th day o~ May , 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
NOES: None
