HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-099RESOLUTION APPROVING CHIL~ SEXUAL ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the County of Butte desires to undertake a certain project designated Ch31d Sexual Abuse Treatment Program to be funded from funds made available through the Juveniie ~ustice and De1inquency Prevention Act of 1974 (PL 93-415), as amended (hereaf~er referred to as the J~~P Act) administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning (hereafter referred to as OCJP). NOW, TH~R~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Welfare Director of the County of Bu~te is authorized, on its behalf to submit the attached Application for Grant for law enforcement purposes to OCJP and is authorized to execute on 6ehaif of County of Butte the attached grant award for law enforcement purposes including any extensions or amendments thereof. BE TT FURTHER RESOLVEq that grant funds received hereunder shall not be used to supplant law enforcement expenditures controlled by this body.
