W~TEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition £or
abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on June 3Q , 198~ at ~0:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
sha11 be held on [he abandonment of the following described easement:
Be~ng those cectain public utility easements lying within a portion
of Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also lying within Lots 135, 136,
and 140 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 5 recorded in
Book 35 Maps of Record at Page 90, County of Butte, State of
CaLifornia, being more particularly described as follows:
1. Being that certain 20 foot public utility easement lying
10 feet on each side of the following-described 1ine: beginning
at the southeasterly corner of Lot 146, said corner being common
to Lots 135 and 140; Chence N 75° 19' 49" W, 96.00 feet to the
end of the described line.
2. Being that certain 1Q-foot public utility easement lying
south of and parallel with the most northerly lot line of Lot 136,
beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 136; thence
N 75° 19' 49" W, 108.86 feet to the end of the described line.
3. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement lying
easterly of and parallel with the westerly lot line of Lot 136,
beginnin~ at the most westerly corner of said Lot 136; thence
N 30° 40 29" E, i00.99 feet to the end of the described line.
Excepting there~rom the most southerly 25 feet lying within the
25-foot building setback.

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Cod~ §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 26th day of ~av , 1981, by the following vote:
