PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RBCREATIdNAL EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Herbert
Guenther and others requesting the abandonment of a public utiiity
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§504~0, et seq.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petztion for
abandonment.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors:
I. ~hat this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on June 30
, 1981, at 10:0o a,~,, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County AdministraCion Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of Che
following described easement:
Being a portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lot 34 as shown on the Map of
Paradise Pines Unit 12 as recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Pages 24 through 27, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 12-foot public utility easement and
recreational easement lying northerly of and parallel
with the most southerly Iot Line of said Lot 34,
commencing at the most southerly corner of said lot;
thence N 67° 54' 08" W 80.00 feet to the end of the
described line.
2. That this Resolutivn be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions o£ Government Code ~50440 and §50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 25th day of May , 1981, by the following vote:
