WH~R~AS, this Board has received a petirion from He1en
WHEREAS, pursuant Co Government Code ~~50~40, et seq.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice rhat at its
regular meeting on
,7une 30 , 1981, at 10:00 a.m. , in the
Board Chambers, BuCte County Administration Bui.l.ding, Orovill.e,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being those certai.n 10-foot publ.ic utility easements
and recreational ease~ents lying within a portion of
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDS&M. Also being a portion
of Lot 89 as shown on the Map of Parad~se Pines Unit 11
as recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record a~ Pages 17
through 19, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
1. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying southeasterly of and
paral~el with the northwesterly 1ot line of said Lot
89, beginning at the most westerly corner of said Iot;
thence N 54° 11' 23" E 142.76 feet.
ExcepC~.ng therefrom the most easterly 25 feet
lying within the 25-foot building setback line.
2. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement Ly~~g northeasterly of and
parallel wi.th the southwesterly lot line of said Lot
89. Beginning at the most southerly corner of said
lot; thence N 28° 10' S5" W 74.83 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 20 feet
lying within the 20-foot setback line.

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Governmenr Code §50440 and ~50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board ot Supervisors
this 26th day of May , 1981, by the following vote:
