This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on June 2, 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County A.cim.inistration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to sa:id Board that
a No~ice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
bo~h oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Ease~nent is unnecessary for present or prospectfve
public use. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
"Being that certain 20-foot alleyway lying
within Section 4, T19N, R4E, MDB&M, also lying
within Block 20 as shown on tk~e map of Westexn
Pacific Addition, recorded in Book 4 Maps of
Record at Page 16, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularJ.y described as
follows:
"Being a 2fl-foot alleyway lying within Block o
20 of the Western Pacific Addition bounded on °
the north by Lots 1 through 6 of said block and ~
bounded on the south by Lots 7 through 12 of said
block. Bounded on the east by the west right-of- 0
way line of Colina Way and bounded on the west by a
rhe east right-of-way line of Arrow Way." m
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified ~
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
