RESOLUTION F~NDING AND DETERM~NING THAT THE PUBLIC
CONVEN~ENCE AND NECESSITY REQU~RE THE CONSTRUCTION
OF_THE IMPROVEMENTS
EAST RIDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisars of the County o~ Butte resolves:
A pub].ic hea~.ing for whzch notice has been given by pub~ica-
t~.on, posta.ng and mai.la.ng, has been he~d as to th~ publ.~c convenienc~
and necessity o~ the improvements in ~ast Ridge Assassment District,
County of Butte, State of California.
This Board has heard and cansidered a1I the evidence, both
oral and wri~ten, relata.va ~o the publz.c convenience and riecessity
of the construction of improvements, and finds ~hat the public conveni-
ence and necessity require the fo1].awing impzovements proposed to be
constr~.cted in East Ra.dge Assessment Dis~rict:

of 1913.
