The Board of Supe~visors accepts th~ offer o~ BIRR, WILSON
& C4., INC., (attached to this resolu~.ion and by reference incorpor~-
ated in i~), to puxchase al~. of the improv~ment bonds ta be issued
i.n East Ridge Asses~ment District, Caunty o~ But~e, State ot Ca1.i~
fornia.
The Boa~d of Supervisors directs the sal~ and delivery of
the bonds to the offeror in accordance wi~h the terms and conditions
stated in the offer.
The bQnds shall be dated June 15, 1983..
