The Board of S~.perviso~s h~reby authorizes ~he Director
o~ Public Works to issue change orders fo~ th~ wo~k in East Rzdge
Assessment Di.stri.ct, County a~ Sut~e, State o~ CaZi~ornia, und~r the
following condi.ta.ons :
1. To correct clericaZ and technical errors in th~
p~.ans and specifications.
2. To modify the design of ~he improvement ta accord
~ wa.th bettex~ engineexing practice or to achi.eve
economy o£ construct.ion. ~
3. To adjust the desa.gn af the iznprovement to u~ility
loca~ions, soil condi~ions, or o~her conditions
unknown or unce~~ain ~~hen plans we~e drawn.
Cost increases in change orders 3.55t1GCI under ~his au~hority sha~.l not
aggregate more than the amount s~t aside ~or construction contingencies
in the cost estimate approved~by the Board of Sup~rtrisors.
