RES~LUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTIS~ITX EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on May 5, 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and Cestimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public ~se.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Sutte, State of Californi.a, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandozaed.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the Counry of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
"Being that certain 12-foot public utility easement
lying within T22N, R1E, MDB&M, also being a portion
of Lot 18 as shown on the Map of F1ora1 Subdivision
Unit 3, recorded in Book 23 Maps of Record at Pages
15 and 16, County of Butte, Srate of California,
more particularly described as follows:
"Being that certain 12-foot public utlity easement
lying north of and parallel with rhe ~ollowing-
described line: Beginning at the southwest corner
of said lot 18; thence east 80.Q0 feet to the south-
east corner of Lot 18; thence east 80.00 feet to the
southeast corner of Lot 18 and the end of the descrS.bed
line."
3. That the Clerk of this Board shali cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisars o

of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the ~
Cra
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California. ~
