Pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety Act, the attached "Program" of Federal-Aid Projects
marked "Exhibit ~B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreemenf for the Federal-Aid
Program which was entered into between the above named LQCAL AGENCY and the STATE
on Ma~r 2 3. 19 7 8 , and is subjeet to all of the terms and conditions
thereo#:
The subj~ct program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
