RESOLUTION ABANDON~NG A PUBLIC UTTLITY
EAS~M~NT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia,
o~ .Tune 16 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration ~ui.ldi.ng, 4roville, Cali~ornia, and it appearing to
said Board tlnat a Notice of Time and Place of Hea~ci.z~g af said
Abandonm~nt was duly and reg~Larly g~.ven as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at ~aid hearin~, from which said Board now finds that ~he
hereinafter described Pub~ic Llti~ity Easement and Ree~eational Eas~-
ment is unne~essary for present or prospeC~ive public use.
NOW, THEREk'ORE, ~T YS HER~BY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the pub~ic utility easemexzt and recreational ease-
ment si.tuated in the County of Butte, S~a~e of California, as herein-
aftex ma~e particularly described is ~iereby abandoned.
2. ~1nat the description of said publ~.c utility easemen~
and recr~ational easemenr so abandan~d is situa~ed in the County of
Butte, State of Califoxnia, and more pa~ticu~arly described as

Being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3~, MDB&M. Also being a
portion of Lo~ 72 af Paradise Pi.nes Unit ~0, recordeci in Book 3$
Maps of R~cord at Pages lJ. and ~4, Coun~.y af Butte, State of
California, more parti~ularly described as follows:
